Welcome to the A.H. Anderson High School Alumni Association website.

The Alumni Association website is designed to maintain communication with our members and the community. We encourage you to log on to the site regularly for updates and current information.

Our goal is to keep the members of the association abreast of alumni activities and preserve the legacy of Anderson High, the foundation on which we stand. Our mission is to give back to the
community to improve the quality of life. We recognize that our youth are our future. Therefore, one of our major community service projects is the Diggs Latham Elementary School Mentoring Program along with our charitable holiday food and gift drives.

Join us on Zoom on the 4th Tuesday of each month. The Zoom meeting link is emailed along with the monthly meeting minutes.

ANNUAL MEETING

HEALTH

YOUTH

COMMUNITY

Health care and physical fitness are areas that we as African Americans need to be more vigilant about in order to prevent illnesses and get medical treatment to enjoy a better quality of health.

The annual Big 4 Health Walk and Health Screenings which was started by the Anderson Alumni Association serves to promote better health awareness.

As youth, we were fortunate to have teachers and caring adults to mentor and guide us.

Therefore, we subscribe to the philosophy that  “It takes a village” and through the Diggs Latham mentoring program opportunities for our youth to succeed are increased.

Our community has changed physically, but there are still needs that have to be met.

We respond to some of those needs with our annual giving and charitable efforts.
